Foraged plants, berries, craft beer, birch syrup,... We are very excited to feature delicious local and northern products on our menus.
Sapsucker Birch Syrup
Locally made, up on the Ingraham Trail, from hand-harvested birch sap, birch syrup is a great replacement for regular sugar.
Very versatile, it lends itself to sweet and savoury dishes alike!
