The Wildcat Cafe is proud to collaborate with fantastic producers and suppliers from in and around Yellowknife.

Sapsucker Birch Syrup
Locally made, up on the Ingraham Trail, from hand-harvested birch sap, birch syrup is a great replacement for regular sugar.
Very versatile, it lends itself to sweet and savoury dishes alike!
